Any faxes that are queued on the fax server will be sent depending on the traffic flow of your agency. ItinFax uses a modem share interface that allows you to fax from every agent's workstation (CRS) using one external modem on a network. The fax server is capable of handling up to 4 independent modem connections at one given time. ItinFax also comes with a very important feature, “Quick Send”. This feature allows anyone the ability to send high priority faxes. If you’re a Sabre user, we have a solution for the truncated words that are created when exporting the itinerary to clipboard. One of the reasons why ItinFax was created was because of the lack of training that other 3rd party solutions provided. ItinFax requires minimal training. A quick 10-minute tutorial++ with a detailed color manual makes ItinFax one of the easiest programs to learn. All of this is done over the telephone (remote training) with one or several agents. ItinFax is installed on an existing agent's workstation (CRS) as the Fax Server. No need to purchase a dedicated server. ItinFax uses only minimum network resources, and provides enough horsepower for a network of up to 300 agents using 4 independent modem connections.
