Any email that is queued will be sent every 5, 10, 15, 30, 45 or 60 minutes, depending on the settings selected or the traffic flow of your agency. ItinMail uses a modem share interface that allows you to send email from every agent's workstation (CRS) using one external modem on a network. The email server is capable of handling up to 4 independent modem connections at one given time. ItinMail also comes with a very important feature, “Quick Send”. This feature allows anyone the ability to send priority emails. ItinMail comes with the ability to send internal email within the office. It also comes with basic email features, such as fonts, auto-signature and the ability to incorporate your business logo on every email***.
